Fresh garlic is wet garlic that has recently been pulled from the soil with wet layers of skin around the clove. Fresh garlic is also more wet and sticky than cured garlic and has a crunchy texture, though can be used the same as cured garlic.
Taste: One of the hottest tasting porcelain garlic varieties with a distinct, yet pleasant heat. Wonderful in spaghetti.
NOTE: We cut the stalks and roots off prior to weighing. Roots and stalk will not be shipped.
